Regular wall hypodermic tubing is made from high-performing 304 stainless steel that is welded and drawn to tight tolerances. Component Supply stocks hypotubes in standard 30" and 60" lengths. Shorter burr-free precision cuts
and 90 degree bends
with 1" or 2" legs are also available in the regular wall thickness. There is no minimum order requirement for the standard lengths, short cuts, or bends. Volume pricing is available for the 60" lengths. When purchasing the short cuts or bends, consider requesting a quote if your order is approaching $150 as there may be a more cost efficient option through our Custom Fab shop. Material certificates are available upon request for $10 per part number.

Consistent with our commitment to research and development, we keep order minimums and lead times low for fabricated parts, but we also maintain the volumes and documentation required as projects move from R&D to production. Standard shop minimums generally begin at $150 for standard cuts of hypodermic tubing, but we will provide a quote specific to your project's use of hypotubes. Material certificates are available upon request for $10.
