Nylon & Polyester R&D Mesh Lab Kits
Component Supply offers Mesh Lab Kits designed to support research, development, and early-stage prototyping.
Each kit includes two 8″ x 10″ sheets of mesh, selected from a defined size range (see chart below). Available in six nylon and three polyester options, the kits represent our full mesh offering across key specifications including mesh opening, open area, mesh count (threads per inch), and thread diameter.
By providing a range of configurations in a single kit, Mesh Lab Kits allow users to quickly compare performance characteristics such as flow rate, filtration efficiency, and mechanical strength, so they can confidently select the right mesh for their application without committing to larger volumes.

ISO 13485 certified. Permeable cloth products (except black coated) currently supplied by Component Supply are manufactured from 100% Dacron polyester and/or 100% nylon and have not been treated with chemicals that would be harmful to humans by food contact. Permeable cloth products undergo purely mechanical operations with material compounds that meet Code of Federal Regulations 21CFR177.1590 (a) to stiffen the material. Lubricants used on the manufacturing machinery meet FDA REG 21CFR178.3570, with the exception of the discs. Statements of compliance, such as those listed below, may be requested at the time of order and are distributed by lot number.
