Polypropylene Luer fittings are designed for dependable, leak-free connections in small-diameter tubing systems using a standard Luer interface. As a lightweight thermoplastic, polypropylene offers excellent chemical resistance and is naturally resistant to bacterial and mold growth, making it well-suited for a wide range of fluid handling applications.
These fittings use a precision 6% taper to create a secure slip-fit connection between male and female components. For applications requiring added security, male configurations are also available with integral locking rings or rotating lock nuts.
