It offers the benefits of stainless steel while providing dielectric protection and enhanced lubricity. All of our PTFE coated wires can withstand heat up to 195°C (390°F), but a formulation that can withstand up to 500°F may be available upon request. This wire can be EtO sterilized. The coating color is typically green, but other colors such as gray, blue, black, white and clear are available through special order. Coated wires are supplied in lengths of 72″ and 36″ and are available in diameters ranging from 0.0050″ to 0.0900″ in 0.001″ increments.
