Non-Sterile Fluid Dispensing Needles
Component Supply offers high-quality, non-sterile stainless steel blunt needles designed for precise fluid dispensing applications. These needles feature a durable polypropylene Luer hub paired with 304 stainless steel hypodermic tubing in standard wall.
The polypropylene Luer hub is a tough, flexible thermoplastic designed for secure connections and improved usability, while the stainless steel tubing, constructed from corrosion-resistant iron-chromium alloy, offers strength, durability, and long-term performance. Although made from hypodermic-grade tubing, these needles feature a blunt tip and are intended specifically for dispensing, not injection use. Color-coded hubs make gauge identification fast and easy.
Stainless blunt dispensing needles are available in packs of 25, 50, or 500, with bulk packaging and volume pricing available upon request to support larger-scale production.
