To show our commitment, we do not enforce a minimum order quantity beyond the packaged quantities listed. To provide the most comprehensive offering and secure same-day shipping, Component Supply sources material from several raw material and coating suppliers. Therefore, there is no guarantee that the supply of Component Supply product purchased from our online store is from the same source. If a validated process is required for a repeat order, we recommend contacting your Component Supply customer service rep, and they will assist you in getting a custom quotation for your specific part number. Additionally, Component Supply’s online store may include material comprised of surface finishes in either an “as ground” or an “as drawn” condition. To maintain high inventory levels, Component Supply may supply material with either surface finish from multiple material sources.
Component Supply does not collect import duties or customs taxes and has no knowledge of what these charges may be. If you are responsible for these additional charges, you will be required to pay them in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, contact your local customs office.
If you overpay an invoice, a credit will be applied to your account. This credit can be used for future purchases, or refunded at your request.
We warrant that all parts sold by Component Supply Company conform to the specifications set forth in their invoiced description. We provide material for commercial, industrial and research applications only, and specifically do not recommend that our products be used for human implantation. We DO NOT represent that products sold by Component Supply Company are suitable for any use or application. And as such, advise you that THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF MARKETABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE included with the product. Notwithstanding any language associated with a particular transaction, that is the sole extent of our liability.
In the event of a defect, we will repair or replace the part or refund the purchase price of the part within 30 days of the return of the defective part to Component Supply Company.
Component Supply observes a 30-day return policy for standard items. If Component Supply makes an error in processing your order, a correction will be made promptly and without charge. Returns needed because of customer error may require a 25% restocking charge and must be made within 30 days of receipt. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must accompany any return and the material must be received by Component Supply unused. Component Supply does not allow for cancellations or returns of Special Orders, OEM or Special Manufacturing items, or international shipments.
