Secondary operations for hypodermic tubing are available from our custom fabrication division, CS Custom Fab. Capabilities include:

• Cutting: precision, burr-free (standard +/- 0.005″ tolerance)
• Bending: to customer-specified bend radius
• Beveling: to customer-specified angle
• Welding: laser welding for assemblies
• Notching: according to customer drawing
• Flattening: according to customer drawing
• Custom Needles: hypotubes and either stainless steel or polypropylene hubs
  Low minimums and fast lead times define our commitment to R&D, but we maintain the volumes and documentation to support hypotube projects moving into production. Standard shop minimums generally begin at $250 for standard cuts of hypodermic tubing, but we can provide a quote specific to your project’s use of hypotubes. Material certificates are available upon request, free of charge.
